Spent my time lovely here.

The location is beautiful and stunning, it's really close to town centre, a beach that was dog friendly and Formby. The stuff is affable, nice. Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the street.

Overall I spent my time lovely. The staff were very nice and amiable and helped with private parking.

James was a great host, serving a delicious breakfast with fresh options. The room was clean and comfortable, with a convenient location near shops. Although I didn’t try breakfast, the aroma was inviting. A small downside was the noise from the road, but it didn’t really bother me.

Jason made a fantastic effort to welcome me, allowing parking in his drive. The fast WiFi and comfortable bed contributed significantly to my pleasant experience.

The sound from nearby shops could be a bit disruptive at night.

More accessible seating options in the lounge would help.

Great tv and electric kettle. Crib was a bit squeaky.

The room was super clean and had a comfy bed. There were plenty of towels, and I loved the modern rain-shower. Plug sockets were conveniently located by the bed, and there was even a fan, nice. Plus, the WiFi was really fast. A big plus for me! Oh, and the TV had Netflix. No issues with noise from the road either!

Parking posed a bit of a challenge, and the steep Victorian stairs might not suit everyone. It would be beneficial to add basic amenities like a light over the sink mirror and a toilet roll holder. A pleasant stay with room for minor adjustments.

I stayed for 2 nights in a cozy double room, enjoying the friendly service and clean facilities. The continental breakfast impressed me, especially with vegan options. Just a small noise concern with the door gap, but overall, a lovely stay close to beautiful trails.
